What is Psychosomatic Therapy?
This is a body-led, presence-based practice that invites you to slow down enough to hear what’s underneath.
We work with the nervous system, not against it.
With your patterns, not to pathologise them — but to understand the wisdom they’ve carried.
We meet in real time. Not in theory.
This is not about insight alone.
It’s about what happens in the moments:
