“Be still, and know.”

Psalms 46:10 NKJV

What if healing isn’t about

fixing

but being met

and shaped by what meets you?

You’ve tried to do it all —
therapy, books, doing the work on your own.
Yet what you long for is something more fundamental:
to feel safe in your body,
deeply connected in your relationships,
and fully seen as you are.

You are not here by accident.
Many of us have been shaped by a world of constant optimisation —
yet the body quietly aches for something slower,
deeper,
more human.

What we long for isn’t more fixing.
It’s more presence.
More attunement.

Not another system,
but another nervous system.
Not more content,
but true connection.

Welcome, I’m Bini.

This space reflects my values and the ways I support individuals, couples, and families to come back into relationship —
with themselves, with one another, and with what holds us beyond our own striving.

Through psycho-somatic and relational therapy, Holistic OT, contemplative practices, and ritual such as Cha Dao,
I offer a grounded, compassionate space for slowing down, listening, and allowing life to gently re-orient you.

Formation doesn’t begin with effort.
It begins with willingness.

Together, we make room for:
– nervous system repair
– restoration of trust and vitality
– living with greater discernment and steadiness
– surrendering what was never meant to be carried alone

You don’t need certainty.
You don’t need to have it all worked out.

You do need a willingness to be met —
and shaped —
by something greater than self-reliance.

Take a breath.
If you are here, something has already begun.

  • “Simplicity, patience, compassion. These three are your greatest treasures. Simple in actions and thoughts, you return to the source of being. Patient with both friends and enemies, you accord with the way things are. Compassionate toward yourself, you reconcile all beings in the world.”

    ― Lao Tzu.

  • "Your conflicts, all the difficult things, the problematic situations in your life, are not chance or haphazard. This isn’t just bad luck. They are actually yours; they are specifically yours, designed specifically for you, by a part of you that loves you more than anything else.

    —>

  • The part that loves you more than anything else has created roadblocks to lead you to yourself; it will go to extreme measures to wake you up. It will make you suffer greatly if you don’t listen; what else can it do? That’s its purpose.

    —>

  • You can look at problems from the perspective from the issues themselves, or as difficulties to get rid of as fast as possible with the least struggle, or you can look at them from the perspective of them guiding you, the part of you that is guiding you to yourself. The most difficult things that happen to you on the deepest level are the most compassionate things."

  • Working with Bini is a gentle reminder of the parts of yourself that are yearning for liberation. Her ability to mirror these parts with deep compassion, to guide them back to wholeness, is the fundamental reason our work together is ongoing.

  • "Brittany was able to provide me with a safe space to explore deeply ingrained thoughts and behavioural patterns. I was able to express myself and the emotions which came up free from judgement. I highly recommend Brittany for any individual who may be looking to explore their way of being, gain insight into who they are and trust the process"

    -Holly, Nurse

  • "Working with Bini was a truly transformative experience. I’ve done a lot of therapy in the past, but she had a way of cutting through my mind’s distractions and guiding me straight to the core of what really mattered. After my divorce, she helped me process my emotions in a way that felt both powerful and healing, always bringing the story back to me—how I was feeling, what I needed - using the compassionate inquiry model. Our work with my inner child was especially profound, allowing me to reconnect with parts of myself I had long ignored.

  • ...She didn’t just listen; she helped me see myself in a way I never had before."

    - Meghan, Single Mother + Nurse
